I had the honour of working as Head Chef at Ristorante Damo in Taranto, where I led the planning and execution of complete menus, always ensuring the highest quality and presentation of the dishes. Before this, I honed my skills at Ristorante Barbin, working closely with the kitchen team to develop new menus and recipes. My experience was further enriched at Ristorante La Barca in Leporano, where I managed the menu and ensured customer satisfaction. Each experience has allowed me to grow and refine my culinary art, always with the goal of offering an unforgettable experience to my guests.
