I began my professional journey with a solid education at the 'Einstein - Nebbia' Institute of Higher Education in Loreto. My career has developed through significant experiences in various culinary settings. I had the opportunity to work as Chef de Partie at the Penmorvah Manor Hotel in the United Kingdom, where I honed my skills in an international environment. Subsequently, I held the position of Head Chef at the Agriturismo Country House Il Raggio Verde in Recanati, where I could express my creativity through dishes that enhance local flavours. My experience was further enriched as Executive Chef at the holiday home 'Casa di Nazareth' in Loreto, where I led a team dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences. Each step of my journey has allowed me to grow and develop a unique vision of cooking, which I carry with me in every dish I prepare today.
