My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey at the Marbella Club 5*superior in Spain, where I had the opportunity to hone my skills as a chef and grow professionally in a luxury environment. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the needs of an international clientele and high-quality standards. Since 2018, I have brought my experience to Italy, working at Enoteca La Torre in Viterbo. Here, I had the opportunity to take on the role of chef de partie, managing every aspect of the kitchen with care and precision, from dish preparation to staff training. Each experience has enriched my professional background, allowing me to refine my organisational and leadership skills, essential for successfully leading a kitchen brigade.
