With over 15 years of experience in the world of luxury dining, I have developed an approach that combines elegance and innovation while respecting the most authentic culinary traditions. My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey in Palermo, where I had the opportunity to work in several renowned restaurants that shaped my career. Between 2015 and 2018, I honed my skills at Bye Bye Chef, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Mondello, and at Ristorante Mandarini in Palermo. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of advanced culinary techniques and the importance of the aesthetic presentation of dishes. Subsequently, I held the position of Executive Chef at San Domenico 7 in Palermo and Dudù Aperitivo e Cucina in Cinisi, where I led culinary operations and developed innovative concepts for the menus. Each experience enriched me, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally, and to build a solid reputation in the world of luxury dining.
