My cooking is a sensory journey, an experience I wish to share with anyone who sits at my table. Each dish is a canvas on which I paint with fresh, quality ingredients, respecting the seasons and local produce. My approach has always been to unite technique and creativity, keeping the authenticity of flavours at the forefront.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in Italy, where I had the opportunity to work at Ristorante Mamma Santina. Here, as Chef de Partie, I dedicated myself to preparing traditional Italian dishes, honing my skills in the operational management of the kitchen and team coordination. Subsequently, I broadened my international experience by working at Ristorante Locanda Donatelli in Munich, Germany, where I held the position of Sous Chef. This experience allowed me to engage with a different cuisine and further develop my operational coordination skills during service. Finally, my journey led me to Ristorante Da Fabio in Austria, where I was responsible for the kitchen and pizza making. Each step of my journey has enriched me, allowing me to develop a culinary vision that merges tradition and innovation, always with a keen eye on quality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, offering a personalised service that reflects my culinary philosophy. My passion for personalised service stems from the desire to create unique, tailor-made experiences, where every detail is attended to with the utmost care.
