My experience has taught me that cooking is a universal language, capable of connecting people and conveying culture and passion.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey at Ristorante Esplanade in Desenzano del Garda, where I honed my skills in preparing first courses, acquiring innovative cooking techniques. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to lead my own restaurant, Alchimista del Gusto, in Grumolo delle Abbadesse, where I could fully express my culinary vision. Here, I oversaw the creation of innovative menus and ensured excellent service, cultivating a collaborative and stimulating work environment. Simultaneously, I coordinated the Ristorante Acchiappagusto Emozioni dei Sapori in Arcugnano, working closely with my family to offer unique culinary experiences. My career has been enriched by international experiences, such as masterclasses held at the Cordonbleu University in Istanbul and the ESHRA Higher School in Algiers, where I shared my knowledge of Italian and Venetian cuisine.
