My passion for the culinary arts was born amidst the aromas and flavours of my homeland, Ponte Buggianese, where I learned to appreciate the importance of fresh and genuine ingredients. I have always believed that every dish is a story to be told, a sensory experience that goes beyond mere nourishment. My cuisine is a journey that combines tradition and innovation, a balance between authentic flavours and modern techniques. I love exploring new culinary frontiers, blending international influences with the richness of Italian cuisine, to create unique and unforgettable experiences for my guests. My dedication to cooking is driven by the desire to surprise and delight, transforming every meal into a memorable event.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in 1989 at Il Mostro del Lago Restaurant, where I honed my skills in preparing fish and meat dishes, and managed event organisation. My career has taken me beyond Italian borders, with significant experiences at the Colors Restaurant in New York and BICE Restaurant in Paris, where I worked as chef de partie and chef de rang, respectively. Each experience enriched my culinary repertoire, allowing me to develop a global vision of cuisine. In 2004, I had the opportunity to become the owner and chef of ARCA restaurant in Pistoia, an experience that allowed me to manage every aspect of dining, from menu planning to staff management. Recently, I had the honour of contributing to the opening of new restaurants such as Vesuvium2.0 and Officina del Gusto, where I could express my creativity and leadership in forming new work teams.

Chapter Three

Becoming a Private Chef

My transition to the role of private chef was driven by the desire to offer a personalised and intimate culinary experience. I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, creating bespoke menus that reflect their tastes and preferences. I have had the privilege of working as a private chef for families in exclusive locations such as Forte dei Marmi, where I could fully dedicate myself to attention to detail and quality of service. This experience has allowed me to establish a direct and personal relationship with my guests, transforming every meal into a unique and unrepeatable event. My philosophy is to create a welcoming and refined environment, where every dish tells a story and every ingredient is carefully chosen to enhance authentic flavours.
