I began my professional journey in the kitchens of prestigious hotels such as Hotel Certosa di Maggiano, Hotel le Fontanelle, and Hotel la Suvera in Siena. These experiences allowed me to refine my skills and develop a deep understanding of Tuscan and Italian gastronomic culture. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work as Executive Sous Chef at Villa Cetinale in Sovicille, where I was able to consolidate my abilities in managing kitchen brigades and organising exclusive events. My journey then led me to take on the role of Executive Chef at Villa Collalto in Colle Val d'Elsa, where I could fully express my creativity and passion for gourmet cuisine. Each experience has enriched me, allowing me to grow professionally and develop a unique approach to cooking.
