Every day, I strive to create unique culinary experiences, with particular attention to the quality of ingredients and the innovation of techniques. My philosophy is based on respect for raw materials and the continuous search for a balance between tradition and modernity, a journey that has led me to explore diverse gastronomic cultures around the world.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey with solid training in the kitchens of renowned restaurants, where I honed my skills in both classic and advanced cooking methods. My career led me to work at Ristorante la Gioia San Marco in Milan, where I had the opportunity to manage a kitchen brigade and ensure excellence in dish preparation. Subsequently, I had the honour of working as a private chef for Aurinko Limited in Dubai, an experience that allowed me to explore the customisation of menus to meet the needs of a discerning clientele. I also held the position of Executive Sous Chef at the Billionaire Kempinski Hotel in Saint Moritz, where I coordinated a team of 37 chefs and pizzaiolos for the new restaurant opening. Each experience has enriched my professional repertoire, allowing me to develop a unique and distinctive culinary approach.
