My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in the world of hospitality by managing a clothing store in Rome, MARINELLI ROMA, where I learned the importance of business management and customer relations. Simultaneously, I supported operations in my family's restaurants such as La Loggia Dei Mercanti and Bull.It Roma Olgiata, where I honed my culinary and customer service skills. In 2018, I founded the TRUE RESTAURANT in Port Des Torrent, Ibiza, where I had the opportunity to express my culinary vision as owner and chef. Here, I curated every detail, from the menu to staff management, creating an environment that reflected my idea of refined and welcoming cuisine. Every experience has enriched me, allowing me to grow and refine my culinary art, always with the aim of offering my guests an unforgettable experience.

Chapter Three

Becoming a Private Chef

In 2022, I decided to embark on a new path as a private chef in Ibiza, a role that allows me to offer a highly personalised service and bring haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes. This transition was driven by my passion for direct contact with those who savour my dishes, enabling me to create bespoke culinary experiences that cater to individual desires and needs. I love the intimacy and creativity that this role allows me, enabling me to explore new culinary horizons and establish a unique relationship with my clients, turning each meal into an exclusive event.

My specialisation spans various cuisines, including Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean, not forgetting pastry and vegetarian and halal cuisine. I am distinguished by my ability to combine traditional techniques with a modern twist, creating dishes that are not only delicious but also visually appealing. My attention to detail and constant search for superior quality ingredients are the foundation of each of my creations. I am particularly skilled in balancing flavours and textures, ensuring that every dish tells a story and offers a complete culinary experience.
