My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey as a chef de partie at Albert's Didsbury in Manchester, where I specialised in the preparation of starters and desserts. Subsequently, I continued to refine my skills at the Grill of New York Street, also in Manchester, where I was responsible for the starters section and line preparation. My experience was further enriched at the San Carlo Group, where I held the role of main course chef, and later was promoted to head chef, leading the kitchen brigade. Each experience has contributed to shaping my culinary vision, allowing me to combine Italian tradition with international influences. I also had the opportunity to work as a breakfast chef at Moose Coffee, where I honed my ability to create breakfasts that combine taste and sophistication.
