Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work at the Hotel Baia in Cefalù, where I held various roles, from demi chef to chef de partie, eventually becoming a chef. This period allowed me to grow professionally and gain extensive experience in managing a high-level kitchen. My experience was further enriched at Hotel management srl in Altavilla Milicia, where I had the opportunity to manage food cost control, create innovative menus, and train staff. Every step of my journey taught me the importance of precision, creativity, and dedication, elements that I carry with me in every culinary challenge.
