Raised among the hills of Carrara, I have always found inspiration in the natural beauty and the richness of flavours that my land offers. For me, cooking is an art, a way to express emotions and tell stories through dishes that blend tradition and innovation. I have always believed that every ingredient has a story to tell, and I strive to bring out its essence in every creation. My years of experience have allowed me to refine a unique sensitivity towards Mediterranean and gourmet cuisine, exploring the nuances of French and fusion cuisines, and passionately embracing vegan and vegetarian cuisine as well. My philosophy is based on attention to detail and the creation of unforgettable culinary experiences, where each dish is a work of art to be savoured with all the senses.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in the world of catering in 2007, working at the Indian Restaurant Gandhi in Carrara. From there, my career has been a crescendo of experiences that have enabled me to develop skills and professionalism in various areas of cooking. I had the opportunity to work as a kitchen assistant and waitress at Ristorante Da Fiorella in Carrara, where I honed my culinary and service skills. Subsequently, I continued to grow at Trattoria La Torre, also in Carrara, where I was able to immerse myself in the local culinary tradition. The experience at Ristorante Erasmo in Lucca allowed me to perfect my front-of-house skills, while at Agriturismo Malga Ciapa in Tremosine sul Garda, I expanded my competencies, also taking care of room preparation and table service. My journey then led me to work at La Baracchetta in Luni, Carrara, where I consolidated my experience as a kitchen assistant and waitress, eventually becoming a private chef for the Jackson Family in St Tropez, France.

My transition to the role of private chef was a natural choice, driven by my passion for personalised service and attention to detail. I chose to become a private chef because I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, creating bespoke culinary experiences that reflect their tastes and desires. This role allows me to express my creativity without limits, adapting each dish to the specific needs of those who choose me. Working as a home chef gives me the opportunity to establish a direct and personal relationship with my guests, making each event unique and unforgettable. My experience as a private chef for the Jackson Family in St Tropez has taught me the importance of discretion and professionalism, fundamental elements to ensure a luxurious and high-quality service.
