I am Sara, an Italian chef by origin, born and raised in the vibrant city of Catania, Sicily. My passion for cooking was ignited amidst the aromas and flavours of my homeland, where I learned to cherish fresh and genuine ingredients. My cuisine is a sensory journey that blends tradition with innovation, merging Mediterranean roots with international influences. I love exploring new culinary cultures, which has led me to specialise in a variety of cuisines, from Asian to Arabic, as well as French and fusion. Every dish I create is a work of art, designed to delight the senses and tell a story. I am convinced that cooking is a universal language, capable of bringing people together and creating unforgettable memories.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in the world of gastronomy with a strong desire to explore and learn. I had the opportunity to work as a chef at the WAB, a pub wine bar beershop, where I honed my skills in the food and beverage sector. Subsequently, I worked at the Flora Ammare restaurant pizzeria, an experience that taught me the importance of quality and presentation in dishes. My career was enriched by an experience at Snack Eventi, an agency for organising parties and events, where I held roles of responsibility and learned to manage dynamic and challenging situations. These experiences allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of the restaurant industry, combining culinary skills with organisational and leadership capabilities.

Chapter Three

Becoming a Private Chef

I chose to become a private chef to bring haute cuisine into people's homes, creating bespoke culinary experiences. Working with ConSapore as a personal chef, I have had the opportunity to express my creativity and customise each event according to my clients' wishes. I love the intimacy and connection that are created during private dinners, where I can interact directly with guests and share my passion for cooking. My philosophy is to offer an exclusive and refined service, where every detail is attended to with precision and a love for the culinary arts.

My specialisation lies in the ability to skilfully combine different culinary traditions to create unique and innovative dishes. I am particularly adept at blending Mediterranean cuisine with Asian and Arabic influences, creating a gastronomic experience that surprises and delights. I am distinguished by my attention to detail and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, which I personally select to ensure the utmost in taste and authenticity. My cuisine is a reflection of my curious and adventurous personality, always seeking new challenges and inspirations to evolve and constantly improve.

I am deeply connected to Sicily, my homeland, which has influenced my approach to cooking.
