My cuisine is a journey that starts from Mediterranean roots and is enriched by French, Japanese, and Mexican influences. Each dish is a masterpiece reflecting my dedication and commitment to excellence, an invitation to discover new horizons through taste.

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey as the owner of smorfye@salad in Ibiza, an experience that allowed me to develop a unique vision of cuisine. Subsequently, I honed my skills at prestigious restaurants such as Nobu London and Olives Restaurant in London, where I had the opportunity to work with internationally renowned chefs. My journey then took me to Zebra Maria in the Canary Islands, where I embraced fusion cuisine, and to Campese in Formia, where I consolidated my Italian roots. In Paris, I had the honour of leading the kitchens of Opera Paris and Au Bourguignon du Marais, immersing myself in the refined French culinary tradition. Currently, I hold the position of Executive Chef at Laboratorio Vero Amore in Crema, where I continue to innovate and create dishes that celebrate culinary diversity.
