I mainly work in Eivissa, in the enchanting Balearic Islands, where I have found an inspiring environment that motivates me to constantly innovate and refine my culinary skills.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey with an apprenticeship at the prestigious Shangri-La Group in Kuala Lumpur in 2011, an experience that laid the foundation for my career. Subsequently, I trained as a head chef at Carnalentejana in Lisbon, where I honed my skills in a dynamic and innovative kitchen. My career led me to work at the Michelin-starred restaurant Fortaleza do Guincho in Lisbon, an experience that profoundly shaped my culinary vision. I had the opportunity to lead the pastry section for the Marriot group in Lisbon and to serve as Chef at Malafama in Punta del Este. Each experience enriched me, allowing me to develop a cuisine that is a meeting of tradition and modernity, influenced by diverse cultures and enhanced by innovative techniques.

Becoming a Private Chef

I chose to become a private chef because I wish to offer personalised culinary experiences that go beyond expectations. My transition was driven by the desire to create a more intimate connection with my guests, allowing them to experience cuisine in a unique and tailored way. Working in villas and exclusive events in Eivissa and other locations, I have the opportunity to express my creativity without limits, adapting to the needs and desires of each client. I love bringing haute cuisine directly into homes, transforming each meal into a memorable event, where every detail is crafted with precision and passion.
