My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey as an Executive Chef at Jamantè in Polignano a Mare, where I had the opportunity to refine my skills in gourmet cuisine. Subsequently, I took on the role of Executive Chef at the Grande Hotel delle Nazioni in Bari, an experience that allowed me to manage a high-level kitchen, ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations and the creation of seasonal and innovative menus. My career also took me abroad, to Sydney, where I worked as Executive Chef at Restaurant Shed, an experience that enriched my culinary vision with international influences. Every stage of my professional journey has been an opportunity to grow and learn, perfecting my skills and expanding my knowledge of various culinary traditions.

Becoming a Private Chef

I chose to become a private chef to bring my passion for cooking directly into the homes of my clients. This role allows me to offer a highly personalised service, creating bespoke menus that meet the specific needs of those who entrust me with their culinary experience. I love the intimacy and connection that are created when I cook for a small circle of people, where every detail is attended to with the utmost care.
