Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey as a dishwasher in the kitchen of a family restaurant, an experience that taught me the importance of teamwork and discipline. Subsequently, I worked at the restaurant Terre di Montecoco in San Pancrazio Salentino, where I honed my culinary skills. During this period, I had the opportunity to manage itinerant cooking classes, specialising in the preparation of typical Salento fresh pasta. I then continued my journey at Osteria Moderna Varius in Lecce, where I held the role of chef, and later became the kitchen manager at RP Retails, also in Lecce. Each experience enriched me, allowing me to grow professionally and develop a unique approach to cooking that combines tradition and modernity.

My philosophy is to bring haute cuisine directly into people's homes, offering a personalised culinary experience that reflects the tastes and needs of my guests. I love creating dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also tell a story, blending the richness of Italian culinary traditions with an innovative touch. My goal has always been to make every event unique and unforgettable, attending to every detail with passion and professionalism. This approach allows me to connect deeply with my clients, offering them not just a meal, but a true gastronomic journey.
