My career has been a journey of discovery, a path that has led me to explore flavours and techniques from around the world, always with the aim of creating unforgettable culinary experiences. I have always believed that cooking is a universal language, capable of uniting cultures and telling stories through every dish. My philosophy is based on attention to detail, the quality of ingredients, and innovation, elements that I consider essential to meet the needs of a refined and international clientele. Every day, I strive to exceed expectations, maintaining a balance between tradition and modernity, to offer a culinary experience that reflects my dedication and love for this craft.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary career in Madrid, where I had the opportunity to work at Ristorante Tagliatella and Trattoria Bella. These experiences allowed me to hone my skills and understand the importance of precision and creativity in the kitchen. Subsequently, I moved to London, where I worked as a chef de partie at WholeFoods Market and as a pizzaiolo at Ristorante Zero. These roles taught me to manage a dynamic kitchen and develop dishes that reflect a fusion of international flavours. After gaining solid experience in the United Kingdom, I returned to Spain, where I had the honour of co-founding Canayas by Chef Jarauta in Palma de Mallorca. Here, as executive chef, I was able to fully express my culinary vision, creating a menu that celebrates the richness of Mediterranean cuisine and gourmet innovation.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly to my guests, creating personalised experiences that cater to their tastes and desires. My philosophy is to offer a bespoke service, where every detail is meticulously attended to, ensuring a unique culinary experience.
