My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in the world of hospitality as a co-owner of the TRACKS Bar/Restaurant in Cyprus, an experience that laid the foundation for my future career. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to manage the Rock N Roll Bar and own the Pasta e Vino Restaurant and Da Paolo Restaurant in Nicosia, where I honed my skills in management and the creation of unique culinary experiences. My experience at the RED Club/Concert Hall allowed me to further explore the world of entertainment and dining. In 2003, I took on the management of the AXINAIOI Seafood Restaurant in Mykonos, where I could express my passion for fresh seafood and Mediterranean cuisine. My adventure continued with the creation of the KOUZINA Restaurant in Hermoupolis, Syros, and the FUNKY KITCHEN Restaurant in Mykonos, where I was able to express my creativity through innovative menus and a welcoming atmosphere. Today, as a private chef for villas in Mykonos, I bring my experience and passion directly into the homes of my guests, offering bespoke culinary experiences that celebrate the richness of Mediterranean cuisine.
