I am always in search of new flavours and techniques to enrich my dishes, maintaining a balance between innovation and respect for traditions. My cuisine is a reflection of my personality: creative, bold, and constantly evolving. I am committed to ensuring that every dish is a work of art, meticulously crafted and capable of telling a story through its flavours and aromas.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey at the prestigious Ristorante Da Vittorio in Brusaporto, Bergamo, where I had the honour of working in a three Michelin-starred environment. Here, I honed my skills under the guidance of experienced chefs, learning the importance of precision and creativity in dish preparation. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to expand my international expertise by working as a private chef in cosmopolitan cities such as Hong Kong, Tel Aviv, Istanbul, the Maldives, and Abu Dhabi. These experiences allowed me to explore a variety of cuisines and develop a deep understanding of diverse gastronomic cultures. Currently, I hold the position of executive chef at Masseria del Parco in Matera, where I continue to refine my culinary art, leading a kitchen brigade with passion and dedication.

Throughout my professional journey, I discovered a passion for personalised service that led me to become a private chef. I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, creating bespoke culinary experiences that reflect their tastes and desires.
