My experience was further enriched at Matanè in Milan, where I served as Sous Chef, refining my management and kitchen team coordination skills. Currently, I am the Head Chef at Futura, also in Milan, where I apply everything I have learned, leading a brigade with passion and determination. Each experience has contributed to shaping my unique style, which combines culinary excellence with an innovative and creative approach.
