My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey at the Convivium, where I worked as a cook and assistant cook from 2018 to 2024. Here, I honed my skills in menu planning and dish preparation, gaining solid experience in the use and cleaning of professional kitchen equipment. During this period, I had the opportunity to further my training through specialised courses, such as those on fresh pasta preparation and sustainable cooking, offered by the Region of Tuscany. In 2024, I decided to open my own home restaurant, 'Loft via della pace 42', where I can fully express my creativity through creative and personalised Tuscan cuisine. In parallel, since 2022, I have worked as a private chef for events, an experience that has allowed me to further refine my organisational and management skills, as well as consolidate my reputation in the culinary sector.

I chose to become a private chef because I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, offering bespoke culinary experiences that reflect their tastes and desires. My transition into this role was natural, as I have always had a passion for personalised service and the creation of unique menus.
