Working in Puglia, a land rich in authentic flavours, I have learned to value the simplicity and quality of local ingredients, combining them with modern techniques to create dishes that are both sophisticated and genuine.

I began my culinary journey by collaborating with various renowned restaurants, refining my skills and expanding my gastronomic repertoire. I had the opportunity to work at La Sommità Relais & Chateaux in Ostuni, where I held the role of Operations Director, integrating my passion for cooking with solid managerial experience. Later, I led the DentroMare Restaurant, where I was able to express my culinary vision as Chef and Food & Beverage Manager. During my journey, I also worked at the Relais Histò San Pietro sul Mar Piccolo in Taranto, where I collaborated closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure an impeccable culinary experience. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of kitchen and dining room dynamics, honing my leadership and operational management skills.
