My experience further expanded at Ristorante Camporosso in Fiorano Modenese, where I managed first courses and side dishes, developing leadership skills and maintaining high-quality standards. At Ristorante Soup in Modena, I had the opportunity to work in fine dining Emilian cuisine, selecting high-quality ingredients and supervising the department team. Currently, I am a chef at Muzzarelli Catering in Sassuolo, where I create customised menus for prestigious events, managing staff and overseeing every detail of the mise en place and presentation of the dishes. My career has been enriched by training courses with Michelin-starred chefs, which have allowed me to further refine my culinary art.
