I am Luca, an enthusiastic Italian chef by origin, raised amidst the mountains of Trentino-Alto Adige, where the unspoiled nature has always inspired my approach to cooking. My passion for the culinary arts was born from observing the simplicity and authenticity of the local flavours that characterise my homeland. I have always believed that cooking is a sensory journey, a way to tell stories through dishes. Every ingredient I choose is a tribute to quality and tradition, while my creations are a balance between innovation and respect for culinary roots. My cuisine is a reflection of my soul, a blend of modern techniques and classic flavours, where each dish becomes a unique and unforgettable experience.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey with a deep desire to explore and learn. I had the privilege of working at Club Gascon in Smithfield, London, where I honed my skills in managing the garnish section. Subsequently, at Butler Wharf Chop House in Shade Thames, London, I deepened my knowledge of sauces and fish as a Senior Chef De Partie. My experience was further enriched during my internship at the renowned Disfrutar in Barcelona, where I worked closely with the Sous Chef, focusing on protein and sauce preparation. Upon returning to Italy, I took on the role of Head Chef at NIF Alpine Taste in Vetriolo, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with local suppliers and develop seasonal and bespoke menus for events. Each stage of my journey has contributed to shaping my unique style, combining tradition and innovation.

Chapter Three

Becoming a Private Chef

My transition to the role of a private chef was driven by the desire to offer a personalised and intimate culinary experience. Working at Villa Barosi Residence, I had the opportunity to create tailored diets and menus, establishing a direct relationship with small producers to ensure the highest quality of ingredients. I love bringing fine dining into my clients' homes, transforming each meal into an exclusive and bespoke event. My philosophy is to listen to and understand individual needs, creating dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also tell a story and create lasting memories.

My specialisation lies in the ability to blend different culinary traditions into a single gourmet experience. I am particularly skilled in fusion cuisine, where I combine elements of Italian, French, and Mediterranean cooking with modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy.
