Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey as a dishwasher at Casa Natura in Monte Sant'Angelo, where I learned the importance of humility and dedication. Subsequently, I worked as a kitchen assistant at Borgo Antico and Casa Natura, where I honed my skills in sauce and gravy preparation and in managing kitchen utensils. My career progressed as a chef de partie in prestigious restaurants such as Chalet Duilio in Porto San Giorgio, Taller de Mar in Palma de Mallorca, and Attico sul Mare in Grottammare. In these places, I had the opportunity to manage the section and coordinate the commis, developing skills in leadership and kitchen management. I am currently the Executive Chef at Villa Artemide in Manfredonia, where I am responsible for creating à la carte menus and managing supplies, continuing to cultivate my passion for gourmet and fusion cuisine.
