Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey at the Istituto de Hosteleria de Cividale del Friuli in Italy, where I honed my technical skills and passion for cooking. During my career, I had the honour of working at the Martin Berasategui Restaurant in Lasarte, an experience that allowed me to learn from the best in the industry. Subsequently, I led the kitchen at the Llantén Restaurant in Valladolid, where I had the opportunity to create menus for special events, bringing my culinary vision to a wider audience. My journey also took me to Madrid, where I served as Executive Chef at the Hotel Silken Puerta América, managing a team of 21 people and overseeing every detail of the gastronomic service. Each experience has enriched my professional background, allowing me to grow and refine my unique style, characterised by a balance between tradition and modernity.

Becoming a Private Chef

I chose to become a private chef because I wish to offer a personalised and intimate culinary experience that goes beyond the confines of a traditional restaurant. My transition to a private chef was driven by the desire to create a direct connection with my guests, understanding their desires and transforming them into reality through my dishes.
