I have always believed that cooking is an art that speaks to the heart, and I am committed to creating dishes that not only delight the palate but also tell a story. Each of my creations is a tribute to the beauty and complexity of gastronomy, a sensory experience that invites the discovery of new horizons of flavour.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey with a solid education at the Escuela Superior de Gastronomía ACYRE in Torremolinos, where I obtained my chef's qualification in 2002. My professional career started as Head Chef at Morrissey's Irish Pub in Málaga, where I had the opportunity to develop my skills in menu creation and kitchen management. Subsequently, I dedicated much of my career to teaching, working as a culinary instructor at prestigious institutions such as Les Roches Marbella and Vatel Málaga. Here, I had the privilege of imparting my knowledge and passion for cooking to new generations of chefs, creating educational content and guiding students through their formative journey. Each experience has enriched my cultural and professional background, allowing me to explore various cuisines and culinary techniques, from Mediterranean to fusion, including Asian and vegetarian cuisine.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, offering personalised and bespoke culinary experiences.
