My passion for gastronomy is rooted in my childhood, spent amidst the aromas of family kitchens, where I learned the importance of quality ingredients and the simplicity of preparations. Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I embarked on my professional journey with a deep desire to explore and understand the diverse nuances of cuisine. I had the opportunity to work at the Ciambra Restaurant in Monreale, Palermo, where I currently hold the position of head chef. Before this, I honed my skills as a chef de partie for first courses at Hotel Zebru' in Solda, Bolzano. Each experience enriched me, allowing me to develop a unique and personal approach to cooking. During my stay in Sweden at the Grand Hotel Marstrand in Gothenburg, I broadened my culinary vision, embracing new techniques and flavours. I also worked as a chef de partie at Hotel Armentarola in San Cassiano, Bolzano, and at Hotel Baia del Mar in Jesolo, where I perfected my skills in preparing dishes that blend tradition and modernity.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly into the homes of my guests, creating bespoke gastronomic experiences that reflect their desires and preferences. My philosophy is to offer a personalised service that goes beyond a simple meal, transforming each event into an unforgettable memory.
