I have always believed that cooking is an act of love, a way to connect with people through taste and emotion. My passion for vegetarian cuisine and pastry drives me to continuously explore new culinary frontiers, combining modern techniques with the richness of Italian tradition.

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in the world of gelato and pastry at the Cerasella Gelato and Pastry Laboratory in Naples, where I had the opportunity to develop innovative recipes and receive recognition for the quality of my products. Subsequently, I worked as an Executive Chef and manager at Buco Hosteria in Naples, where I could express my creativity through seasonal menus and gourmet cuisine that pays homage to tradition. My experience was further enriched at Confini Restaurant in Pozzuoli, where I developed menus for fine dining and organised the kitchen brigade. I also had the opportunity to work as a consultant at Gelateria Il Corno and as an F&B Manager at Block Boutique Bar, experiences that allowed me to refine my managerial skills and staff training.

I love bringing fine dining directly into my clients' homes, offering personalised culinary experiences that reflect my attention to detail and dedication to quality. My philosophy is to create dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also tell a story and create an emotional connection with those who savour them.
