My culinary philosophy is based on the balance between tradition and innovation, always striving to enhance the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in 2010, working as a cook at Gourmet Punto G in Syracuse. From there, my career led me to various roles, including as an appetiser preparer at Ristorante Colibrì and Ristorante Broodway. I had the opportunity to refine my skills in different settings, such as the Gran Hotel Ortigia and the Grand Hotel Sofia in Noto. My experience was further enriched by working abroad, in places like the Prisma Lounge Restaurant in Bellinzona and Ristorante Convivium in Paris. Each experience taught me something new, allowing me to grow and develop a unique approach to cooking. I have had the honour of working in renowned restaurants and hotels, where I could express my creativity and love for cooking.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly into the homes of my clients, offering a personalised service that reflects their needs and desires. My philosophy is to create bespoke culinary experiences, where every detail is attended to with the utmost care.
