Subsequently, at the San Clemente Palace Kempinski Hotel in Venice, I had the opportunity to explore luxury international cuisine. My journey then took me to Alchemist in Copenhagen, a two Michelin-starred restaurant, where I could experiment with cutting-edge culinary techniques. In Rome, at La Pergola by Heinz Beck, three Michelin stars, I learned the importance of precision and creativity. My experience was further enriched in Paris, working at Guy Savoy and Benoit Restaurant by Alain Ducasse, where French cuisine refined my palate and technique. Each experience has contributed to shaping my culinary identity, making me the chef I am today.
