I began my professional journey at the El Árbol Tapas Restaurant, where I had the opportunity to hone my skills in preparing both cold and hot dishes. This experience allowed me to understand the importance of precision and creativity in the kitchen. Subsequently, I had the honour of working at the Hospital Santa María in Lisbon, where I developed hospital menus that combine taste and nutrition, merging my academic background in gastronomic sciences and nutrition. My career has led me to collaborate in exclusive events on the Costa del Sol, where I have been able to express my passion for Mediterranean and international cuisine. Each experience has enriched me, allowing me to build a solid foundation of knowledge that I now put at the service of a discerning and refined clientele.
