I began my professional journey with the founding of Boccon Divino in 2001 in Vicenza, where I had the opportunity to express my creativity and hone my skills in restaurant management. Subsequently, I opened Osteria Cadoro, another project that allowed me to explore new culinary techniques and consolidate my experience in the industry. In 2014, I established Ristorante Acchiappagusto, a place where I can fully express my culinary vision, combining tradition and innovation. Every restaurant I have led has taught me the importance of selecting prime ingredients and attention to detail, fundamental elements for creating a high-level gastronomic experience. My career has been enriched by encounters with chefs and mentors who have inspired me to always push the boundaries of culinary creativity.
