I began my professional journey at the Oblix Restaurant in London, where I had the opportunity to work in a fine dining environment and engage with an international brigade. This experience allowed me to refine my skills and develop a deep understanding of modern culinary techniques. Subsequently, I returned to Italy to join the Doc Group, where I managed the kitchen lines and the brigade, contributing to the creation of menus that highlight the quality of raw materials. Every step of my journey has been a fundamental piece in my professional growth, enriching me with knowledge and inspirations that I now carry with me in my role as a Private Chef in Catania.
