I began my culinary journey at Pietramare Natural Food in Crotone, where I honed my skills as Chef de Partie. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work at La Sponda - Hotel Le Sirenuse in Positano, an experience that allowed me to develop a deep understanding of traditional Italian cuisine. My career took an international turn when I worked at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at the Mandarin Oriental in London, a Michelin-starred restaurant that exposed me to cutting-edge culinary techniques. My journey then took me to The Fat Duck in Bray, where as Senior Chef de Partie I had the honour of contributing to the creation of innovative dishes and managing complex kitchen operations. Each experience has enriched my professional repertoire, allowing me to grow as a chef and a leader in the culinary field.

My culinary philosophy is based on the idea of offering personalised and memorable experiences. I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, creating bespoke menus that reflect their tastes and desires.
