I had the honour of working at the Michelin-starred restaurant 'Tano Passami l’Olio', where I learned the importance of precision and innovation in the preparation of starters and first courses. Subsequently, I continued my culinary journey at 'Angelina a Testaccio', where I solidified my skills as a chef de partie. My experience was further enriched at the 'Marriott Park Hotel Rome', where I had the opportunity to manage starters, first and main courses, thereby expanding my knowledge of international cuisine. My career also took me to the 'Domus Galilaeae' in Israel, a five-star resort, where I worked as a sous chef, and finally to 'The Rome Edition by Marriott', a luxury five-star hotel, where I held the role of chef de partie. Each experience has contributed to shaping my approach to cooking, making me a versatile and passionate professional.
