I am Eduardo, a passionate chef of Spanish origins, born and raised amidst the wonderful Balearic Islands. My passion for cooking was born among the scents and flavours of the Mediterranean, a love that has driven me to explore the infinite culinary possibilities the world has to offer. I have always believed that cooking is a universal language, capable of telling stories and traditions through every dish. My philosophy is based on the balance between innovation and respect for roots, using local and seasonal ingredients to create unique gastronomic experiences. With over 15 years of experience, my career has been a journey through diverse flavours and cultures, always in pursuit of excellence and perfection in service. Every day, I dedicate myself to transforming my passion into culinary art, bringing to the table my vision of a cuisine that unites tradition and modernity.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey as Jefe de Partida and Second Jefe de Cocina at the Iberostar chain, where I had the opportunity to work in various destinations such as Mallorca, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, Lanzarote, and Cádiz. This experience allowed me to refine my skills in managing different sections and training staff. Subsequently, I became Corporate Chef at the Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma 5*, where I developed high-level gastronomic concepts and coordinated banquets and à la carte restaurants. My career then led me to take on the role of Corporate Chef for the L'Artista Group, where I directed the gastronomy of various restaurants, developing standardised menus and training new chefs. Currently, I am Executive Chef at Dream Calvià in Mallorca, where I oversee the kitchen department and coordinate a team of professionals, creating menus for the resort's restaurants and events.
