I began my professional journey with a solid training at ALMA, where I honed my skills in Italian cuisine. My career took off with a formative experience at the Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino, an environment that allowed me to grow and learn from the best. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work as a Junior Sous Chef at The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel in London, where I immersed myself in the vibrant English culinary scene. My experience was further enriched at the DoubleTree by Hilton, where I held the role of Junior Sous Chef for over two years. Each experience taught me something unique, from advanced techniques learned at the Meierhof Hotel in Davos, to managing complex kitchens at Club del Sole in Lombardy. Currently, I hold the position of Executive Chef at the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina, where I continue to explore new culinary frontiers, always with the aim of exceeding my guests' expectations.
