My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey in the vibrant city of Milan, where I had the opportunity to work at several renowned establishments. One of my first significant experiences was at Bar La Rossa 3R S.r.l., located within the Politecnico di Milano, where I honed my skills as a cook and delicatessen specialist. Subsequently, I expanded my knowledge at Urban Food Italy, where I served as sous chef, specialising in the preparation of meats and artisanal sauces. My career then led me to TAG in Cinisello Balsamo and Bluè, where I managed kitchens and staff, refining my organisational and creative skills. I had the honour of working as a chef tournant at the NH Hotel in Milan 2, where I explored every aspect of the kitchen, from starters to desserts. Each experience enriched me, allowing me to grow and develop a unique vision of cuisine that I bring to every project today.

Becoming a Private Chef

I chose to become a private personal chef because I wish to offer a tailored culinary experience that reflects the desires and needs of each client. My transition to this role was natural, guided by my passion for personalised service and my love for creating unforgettable moments.
