My philosophy is based on the idea that every dish should be a complete sensory experience, a journey that begins with the selection of the freshest ingredients and ends with a satisfied smile. I love exploring the possibilities offered by fusion and Mediterranean cuisine, striving to combine tradition and innovation in a harmonious way. Every day I commit to exceeding my guests' expectations, offering them unforgettable moments through my culinary art.

My journey into the world of cooking began in 2005, when I decided to follow my passion and train at the École Culinaire Française. Here, I acquired a solid technical foundation and a deep respect for the culinary arts. After years of dedication and commitment, I decided to move to Mallorca in 2024, where I began working as a private chef. This choice allowed me to offer personalised gastronomic experiences, blending my creativity with the specific needs of my clients. During 2025, I had the honour of serving over 424 guests, preparing around 1,500 dishes that testify to my consistency and dedication to quality. I am part of the team of chefs on renowned platforms such as Take a Chef and Chef Maison, where my work has been received with enthusiasm. My clients appreciate my professional approach and my ability to create memorable experiences, attending to every detail with care and passion.
