A significant moment was my role as a temporary chef aboard the M/Y 'SATEMI', where I was responsible for reorganising the kitchen and training the staff, an experience that enriched my approach to management and culinary innovation. My experience at the Hotel Splendido in Portofino, where I created an exclusive Mediterranean dinner, was an opportunity to express my creativity and love for elegant and harmonious cuisine. Each stage of my journey has contributed to defining my culinary identity, combining technique, passion, and a constant desire for excellence.

Becoming a Private Chef

My transition to the role of a private chef was driven by the desire to offer a personalised and intimate culinary experience. I chose to become a freelance chef to have the freedom to create bespoke menus that reflect the needs and desires of my clients.
