I began my culinary journey with a deep dedication to tradition and innovation. I had the honour of working at Ristorante Angels in Florence, where I honed my skills as an Executive Chef. Subsequently, I continued my path at Galateo Ricevimenti, operating between Florence and Milan, where I was able to express my creativity in the banqueting and catering sector. My experience was further enriched at Trattoria Il Barrino in Florence, a place that allowed me to explore traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Each stage of my career has offered me the opportunity to work with exceptional teams and learn from talented chefs, consolidating my reputation in the world of luxury gastronomy.

I chose to become a private chef because I love the idea of offering a personalised and intimate culinary experience. My transition into this role was driven by the desire to bring haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, creating unique and memorable moments.
