I began my professional journey as a kitchen assistant at the 'Sole e Luna' Restaurant in Anzio, where I learned the fundamentals of traditional Italian cuisine. Subsequently, I honed my skills at the 'Astoria Palace' Hotel in Palermo and the 'Ezio al ponte' Restaurant in Lariano. My career took a significant turn when I became Sous Chef at the 'Griglia D'oro' Restaurant, an experience that allowed me to develop a deep knowledge of culinary techniques. I had the opportunity to work in London, at the 'Assunta Madre' and 'La Rugoletta' Restaurants, where I expanded my repertoire with international influences. Upon returning to Italy, I continued to grow professionally at the 'Don Cesare' and 'Ristorante Diverso' in Velletri, refining my skills in gourmet cuisine. Currently, I am Sous Chef at the 'Up Bistrot', where I continue to express my creativity and passion for the culinary arts.
