Among the most significant experiences, I had the honour of being the Sole Chef aboard the catamaran Signature Sailing in Monaco, where I prepared dishes for a discerning audience, respecting dietary restrictions and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences. Subsequently, as a Personal Chef for Sisma X Purple Ski in Courchevel, I had the opportunity to create bespoke menus for an international clientele, using the highest quality seasonal ingredients. These experiences have enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the needs of a luxury clientele, refining my ability to offer bespoke culinary experiences.
