Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my journey as a kitchen commis in Spoleto, and from there embarked on a journey that led me to work in various prestigious kitchens in Italy and around the world. I had the honour of collaborating with world-renowned chefs, including Angelo Paracucchi, who taught me the art of Italian cuisine. My career has been enriched by experiences in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Asia, Africa, the USA, and Canada. I have had the responsibility of opening high-end Italian restaurants in international hotel chains and VIP residences worldwide. Each experience has allowed me to hone my skills and develop a cuisine that is a meeting of cultures, techniques, and flavours.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, offering a personalised service that caters to their desires and needs.
