I began my professional journey as an Executive Chef de Cuisine, accumulating 25 years of experience in high-end restaurants, Relais Châteaux, resorts, and 4- and 5-star hotels. My career has taken me to work in prestigious establishments such as the Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort & SPA in Switzerland, where I held the position of Executive Chef de Cuisine, and at Relais Todini in Italy, where I led the kitchen as Executive Head Chef. I had the opportunity to refine my culinary and managerial skills at Vallantica Resort SPA Wellness and Relais Villa d'Assio, where I managed banquets and developed innovative menus. My international experience was further enriched at Hotel Waldhuus Davos in Switzerland, where I had the privilege of managing the menu and banqueting of a luxury hotel. Each experience has contributed to shaping my approach to cooking, combining tradition and innovation to create dishes that tell unique stories.
