My Culinary Journey

I started my culinary journey as a chef de partie at La Carreta in Lima, Peru, where I had the opportunity to hone my skills under the guidance of experienced chefs. My career then took me to Brazil, working at O Limoneiro in Ubatuba, where I was able to explore local cuisine and enrich my culinary repertoire. Subsequently, I had the honour of working in Spain at Origen Asador in Marbella, where I learned the importance of ingredient quality. My journey also led me to France, where I worked as a chef de partie at Hotel Abbartello in Corsica and Hotel Alpina Eclectic in Chamonix, environments that allowed me to immerse myself in French cuisine and learn refined techniques. More recently, I served as a junior sous chef at the W Marriott in Ibiza, an experience that solidified my ability to work in teams and manage high-level kitchens.
