My passion for cooking stems from a desire to explore and reinterpret culinary traditions, blending modern techniques with high-quality ingredients. I have always believed that every dish should tell a story, a sensory journey that engages all the senses. My experience has been enriched by working in dynamic and stimulating environments, where precision and creativity meet to create unique gastronomic experiences. I am driven by the desire to offer my guests unforgettable moments, through a cuisine that respects tradition but is unafraid to innovate. I operate in the United Arab Emirates, a crossroads of cultures that inspires me to experiment and continually grow as a chef.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey as a Trainee Cook at Marriott International in Giza, Egypt, where I learned the fundamentals of cooking and the importance of precision and dedication. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work as a Commis Chef at Arabilla, a renowned catering company in Cairo, where I honed my skills in preparing and presenting dishes for private events and large-scale functions. My career progressed at Pier 88 Restaurant and Bar in El Gouna, Egypt, where I served as a Demi Chef de Partie, taking on increasing responsibilities in managing kitchen operations. My journey then led me to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where I worked at Bolle Italian Restaurant & Bar, initially as a Chef de Partie and later as a Junior Sous Chef, a recognition of my skills and leadership. Finally, I had the honour of working as a Sous Chef at Westwood Meat House in Durres, Albania, where I was able to express my creativity in creating new dishes and managing a kitchen team in a demanding and stimulating environment.

I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, offering a personalised service that goes beyond expectations. My philosophy is to create bespoke culinary experiences that reflect the individual tastes and preferences of those who entrust me with their table. I believe that every meal should be a special occasion, a moment of connection and celebration, and I am passionately dedicated to ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to. My experience in high-level kitchens allows me to offer a service that combines the elegance of presentation with the depth of flavours, transforming every event into an indelible memory.

My specialisation lies in meat preparation, particularly in the technique of dry-aging and cooking high-quality steaks. I am particularly skilled in executing various cuts of meat, such as ribeye, striploin, tenderloin, T-bone, and tomahawk, ensuring that each piece is cooked to perfection. I am distinguished by my attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality and consistency even under pressure. My skills also include modern techniques such as sous-vide, which allow me to enhance the natural flavours of the ingredients, and the refined presentation of dishes, a fundamental element in my conception of haute cuisine.
